It has been reported to me by Lieutenant &

Commander Webster that on two occasions on 27th September

when passing Luklao 9. M. S. "Robin" under his command

was stoned.

I shall be glad to be informed what punishment

has been inflicted for so gross an outrase on the British

Plae.
